消结膏外敷治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消结膏外敷治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病的疗效。方法:将符合肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病患者120例随机分为两组各60例;治疗组采用消结膏外敷治疗,对照组采用散结乳癖膏治疗;观察两组治疗后的总有效率以及乳房疼痛、肿块大小、腺体质地的改善情况。3个月为1个疗程。结果:治疗后两组总有效率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);乳房疼痛、肿块大小、腺体质地的改善情况有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:消结膏外敷治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病疗效优于散结乳癖膏外敷治疗。Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Ointment for Knot Vanished on hyperplasia of mammary glands with the syndrome of depressed liver qi and phlegm stasis. Methods ： 120 cases with hyperplasia of mamma ry glands belong to the syndrome of depressed liver qi and phlegm stasis were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated with external application of Ointment for Knot Vanished, and control group was treated with Ointment Rupi Sanfie. One course of treatment included 3 months. Then such indicators were observed as the total effective rate, the situation of breast pain, tumor size and gland texture. Re sults： After the treatment, there was not statistical significance on the total effective rates of two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ） , but on breast pain, breast tumor size and gland texture the statistical significant difference showed （ P 〈0.05） , and treatment group was significantly better than control group. Conclusion： The curative effect of Oint ment for Knot Vanished has better curative effect on hyperplasia of mammary glands with the syndrome of de pressed liver qi and phlegm stasis than that of Ointment Rupi Sanfie significantly.
