钢渣尾泥制备改性粘结剂的研究

摘　　要：通过研究不同活化剂对改性粘结剂的活化效果,选取最佳配比。按照莱钢配比进行造球试验,球团质量差别不大。红外光谱分析表明,该改性添加剂与膨润土相类似,可以用作铁矿球团的造球粘结剂。Through the study of the activating effect of different activating agents on the modified binder, the best ratio was selected. In addition, the pelletizing test was done according to the proportion of Laiwu Iron＆amp;Steel Group Co. Ltd, and it proved that the pellet quality was similar. The infrared spectroscopic analysis shows that the modified additive is similar to bentonite , and it can be used as penetizing binder for iron ore pellet.
