摘  要:对安钢2#烧结机脱硫系统运行过程中存在烟气流量大、流速高、液体夹带明显,导致系统处理负荷增加,主塔、副塔液位不平衡,硫酸铵溶液成分浓度变化不均匀的问题进行了分析。提出了相应的改进措施,通过采用立式除雾器漏隙填充,碰撞分离挡板、架桥导流管设置等优化方法,缓解了烟气夹带、保障了脱硫装置全负荷稳定运行。The paper analyzed some existing problems including increased processing load , uneven level between main and auxiliary tower, and uneven change of component concentration of ammonium sulfate solution which caused by a great flue gas flow, high flow rate, obvious liquid entrainment during the opration of Angang's 2# sintering machine desulfu- rization system. The corresponding improvement measures were put forward, some improvements such as the vertical demis- ter leak filled, collision separation baffles, bridging the diversion pipe set . etc. ,were carried out to relieve the flue gas en- trainments and ensure the stable operation of desulfurization equipment with full load.
