摘　　要：以冰箱透明抽屉为例,介绍了透明抽屉注射模的典型成型机构以及冷却系统、浇注系统设计的关键点。结合此类制品在生产中出现的问题,对塑件做了有效的设计改良方案,分析了典型的成型机构,阐明了各机构的结构特点及应用条件。通过优化透明制品注射模的冷却系统及浇注系统,可有效保证制品质量、提高生产效率,降低模具费用。The typical mechanism of moulds for fridge transparent drawer and the key de sign points of cooling and gating system were presented. The effective improvement scheme was made based on analysis of the problem in the production. The typical forming mechanism was analyzed; and the structural characteristics and application conditions of the mechanism were studied with which the cooling system and gating system were opti mized.
