河北省现代植物保护体系建设存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：现代植保体系是以服务现代农业为主要任务，以现代科技、现代装备、现代人才和政策保障为支撑，实现农作物病虫害可持续治理的新型农业防灾减灾体系。河北省植保植检站重点对“十五”以来全省植保公共服务体系和社会化服务体系建设等方面进行了充分调研，提出了2013～2020年河北省现代植保体系建设的基本构想，确立了目标任务、建设重点和保障措施。Modern plant protection system is a new type of agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation system and realize the sustainable management of crop diseases and insect pests , it is based on service modern agriculture as the main task and taking modern technology, modern equipment, modern talents and policy support as the support.The plant protection public service system and the construction of social service system in Hebei Province since the “fifteen” were investigated fully by Plant Protection and Quarantine Station of Hebei Province , the basic idea of the construction of modern plant protection system in Hebei Province from 2013 to 2020 was proposed, and the objectives and tasks, the construction key and safeguard measures were established.
