构建不断适应农业发展的现代植保体系——以河北省植保体系建设为例

摘　　要：阐述了河北省植保体系的发展历程;概括总结了改革开放30多年来河北省植保体系建设的成果;分析了目前河北省植保体系建设面临的主要问题和原因;根据现代植保体系的内涵和特征,从牢固树立公共植保和绿色植保理念,加强宣传唤起各界对植保工作的再认识,进一步完善植保法规体系,稳定专业植保技术队伍,强化技术培训、推进植保技术创新,促进与相关专业协作共赢6个方面,提出了现代植保体系建设的思路和主要对策。The development history of plant protection system in Hebei Province was elaborated , the achievements of plant protection system construction in Hebei Province during 30 years of reform and opening up was summarized, and the main problems and reasons of the current construction of the plant protection system in Hebei Province were analyzed, then based on the connotation and characteristics of modern plant protection system , the main ideas and countermeasures of modern plant protection system construction were proposed from 6 aspects of firmly establishing the concept of public and green plant protection , strengthening the propaganda to arouse the public recognition of plant protection work , further improving the protection system of laws and regulations , stability of professional plant protection technology team, strengthening technical training to promote the plant protection technology innovation, promotion the related professional cooperation and win-win.
