和谐社会视野下“法律孤儿”的思想道德状况及其教育对策

摘　　要：在构建和谐社会的进程中,"法律孤儿"问题愈来愈受到社会的广泛关注。由于政府、社会、学校和家庭等因素的综合影响,"法律孤儿"不仅生存状况不容乐观,而且思想道德状况也令人担忧,他们普遍存在着道德失范现象严重、功利化倾向明显、心理问题突出、辨别是非能力差等思想道德问题。通过政府主导制定有助于"法律孤儿"健康成长的法律制度、社会参与构建有助于"法律孤儿"健康成长的育人环境、以学校为主体具体落实"法律孤儿"的思想道德教育、以家庭为辅助加强"法律孤儿"的日常行为养成教育等对策的实施,将有效破解"法律孤儿"的这些思想道德难题,从而为他们的健康成长撑起一片新的蓝天。In the process of building the harmonious society,Children of the Incarcerated should be paid great attention to.Their living conditions are not optimistic,and their ideological and moral situation should be seriously paid attention to by government,society,school and family.It is common that they have serious moral anomie,obvious utilitarian tendency,psychological problems,low ability to distinguish right and wrong.Establishing a law by the governments,helping to improve their ideological and moral education by the school and improving their daily behaviors by families will benefit to their growing up.
