摘 要:针对传统汽车清洗过程中的低自动化、低效率、低清洁度、低水资源利用率等问题,将PLC、电力驱动控制和传感器技术应用于车辆清洗系统中。开展对汽车自动清洗机自动清洗和手动清洗两种控制模式的功能要求和运行过程的流程分析,实现了系统方案的总体设计。采用电气联锁进行系统硬件设计;采用可编程序控制器、梯形图编程语言和锁存控制进行软件编程设计。最后对设计进行了仿真。仿真实验结果表明:电气联锁设计保证了驱动电机的安全性。软件锁存控制设计使动作步序实现互锁,防止发生误动作,保证了洗车系统的安全运行。In view of the traditional car washing process of low automation,low efficiency,low cleanliness,low utilization rate of water resources and other issues,PLC electric drive control and sensor technology applies in vehicle cleaning system.The development of functional requirements and operating process of the automatic cleaning machine automatic cleaning and manual cleaning of two kinds of control mode of vehicle flow are analysed it,realizes the system overall design scheme.It uses electric interlocking system hardware design,PLC,ladder diagram programming language and latch control software programming,finally the simulation design.The simulation results show that:the electrical interlock is designed to ensure the safety of driving motor.Software design of latch control makes the action step to realize interlocking,prevents the occurrence of misoperation,and ensures the safe operation of washing system.
