摘 要:研究了1725 mm双机架炉卷轧机开发和生产钛板卷的工艺。论述了炉卷轧机生产钛板卷的主要生产设备、工艺流程及工艺控制技术,讨论了钛坯加热温度、轧制温度、道次变形量、尺寸精度控制、板形控制等工艺参数,得出了炉卷轧机轧制钛板卷的主要工艺参数:钛坯加热温度900℃,轧机终轧温度800℃,卷取温度620℃;轧制宽度1250 mm钛板卷时,使用辊型曲线1500 mm,辊型凸度–0.16 mm的中间辊;轧制过程中除轧辊冷却水以外,轧机除鳞水、Frit水及层流冷却水全部关闭,并轧后空冷处理。重点分析了在上述轧制工艺参数下轧制钛板卷的尺寸精度、力学性能、微观结构、断面形貌。结果表明:双机架炉卷轧机采用该工艺轧制的钛板卷各项性能均达到了国家标准。This paper studies the process of developing and producing titanium plate with the 1725mm double stands steckel mill. The main production equipment, technological process and manufacturing technique control of the mill were discussed, as well as heating temperature, rolling temperature, deformation per pass, dimension control, shape control technology were discussed. Based on analysis and discussion, the rolling technical parameter were identified: heating temperature 900℃, finishing temperature 800℃, coiling temperature 620℃; Rolling width 1250 mm, roll curve 1500 mm, roll crown -0.16 mm; Except roller cooling water, mill descaling water, Frit water and laminar cooling water were closed in rolling process; Air cooling after rolling. Under the rolling process parameters of titanium plate's dimension, mechanical properties, microstructure, fracture morphology were emphatically analyzed. The results show that titanium plate produced by this technique has met with National standards
