摘  要:为解决工程研制过程中出现的各向异性摩擦问题,从理论和数值模拟两方面综合分析了各向异性摩擦特性对物体运动的影响.分析了平动物体在不同各向异性摩擦特性下的运动规律,并针对工程中常见的轴套结构旋转超差问题进行研究,获得了物体运动与各向异性摩擦主方向、大小、物体轴向运动速度及加速度等因素的定量关系,给出了优化各向异性摩擦特性的方法并进行了试验验证.结果表明,各向异性摩擦特性会对相对运动结构造成明显的影响,降低摩擦因数比值可以有效解决旋转超差问题.With the development of new materials and technology, it is more and more compl that the friction characteristics appear between contact surfaces, and the impact to vario engineering products has become increasingly evident. In order to solve anisotropic fricti problem in engineering, the affection of anisotropic friction to the object movement was analyz using theory and numerical simulation methods. The motion law of translational objects ex us on ed in different anisotropic friction characteristics was studied. Moreover, the over-rotation of bushing structure in engineering was studied, the quantitative relationship of friction anisotropy orientation, size, velocity and acceleration of the objects were obtained and the optimal method of anisotropic friction characteristics and experimental verification were proposed. The results show that the relative movement of the structure would be seriously affected by anisotropic friction characteristics, however, the problem of over-rotation can be solved effectively by reducing the friction coefficient ratio.
