探讨心脏锐器伤的临床特点及治疗

摘　　要：目的：探讨心脏锐器穿透伤的临床表现特点及诊治。方法回顾性分析近年来急诊治疗的16例心脏锐器伤患者，分析临床表现及治疗经验。结果全部患者接受手术急诊治疗，并且手术中证实为锐器穿透伤，3例手术后自动出院，13例经过治疗痊愈。结论心脏锐器伤十分凶险，穿透伤死亡率很高，及时急诊手术是抢救前提，即便是心脏停止跳动也要急诊开胸进行复苏抢救。Objective clinical features and to explore the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac penetrating injury. Methods a retrospective analysis of the past 10 years to the emergency treatment of 16 cases of cardiac injury patients, clinical manifestations and treatment experience. Results All patients underwent operation for emergency treatment, and confirmed the penetrating trauma operation, 3 cases were discharged automatically after the operation, 13 patients after treatment. Conclusion cardiac injury is very dangerous, penetrating injury mortality rate is high, timely emergency rescue operation is the premise, even if the heart stops beating to emergency thoracotomy for resuscitation.
