糖尿病患者干眼症发病原因及治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的：探讨糖尿病患者干眼症的发病原因及相关治疗方案。方法收集2013年2月至2013年8月我院收治的糖尿病干眼症患者60例作为实验组，再收集60名健康志愿者作为对照组，分别对两组人员进行角膜荧光素染色检查（FL）、泪腺基础分泌量测定（SIT）、泪膜破裂时间测定（BUT）。结果糖尿病患者干眼症的发病与患者眼角膜荧光素染色阳性率升高、泪腺基础分泌量降低、泪膜破裂时间减少有密切关系。糖尿病干眼症患者（56.67%）的角膜荧光素染色阳性率明显高于正常人员（33.33%），而其泪腺基础分泌量、泪膜破裂时间却明显低于正常人员。结论对于糖尿病干眼症的治疗，应注重患者的泪膜稳定性，并定期进行角膜荧光素染色检查、泪腺基础分泌量测定、泪膜破裂时间测定，进而及时发现异常并采取措施处理。Objective to investigate the etiology of diabetes and related dry eye treatment. Methods february 2013 ~dry eye patients with diabetes in august 2013 in our hospital 60 cases as the experimental group, and then collect 60 healthy volunteers as a control group, respectively, of two staff corneal fluorescein staining （FL）, lacrimal basal secretion measured （SIt）, time measurement （BUT） tear film breakup. Results The incidence and rate of corneal fluorescein staining in patients with dry eye patients with diabetes increases, reduced secretion of the lacrimal foundation, tear film break-up time reduction of closely related. Diabetes dry eye patients （56.67%） of corneal fluorescein staining was significantly higher than normal staff （33.33%）, while the lacrimal basal secretion, tear film break-up time was significantly lower than the normal person. Conclusion for the treatment of dry eye diabetes should pay attention to the patient＆#39;s tear film stability and regular corneal fluorescein staining, lacrimal gland secretion measured basis, measuring tear film breakup time, and thus to detect anomalies and to take measures to deal with.
