痰热清注射液治疗重症毛细支气管炎62例疗效观察与护理

摘　　要：目的：观察痰热清治疗重症毛细支气管炎的临床疗效及护理。方法62例重症毛细支气管炎患儿随机分组为治疗组32例和对照组30例，两组患儿均采用抗感染、止咳、吸痰、雾化等常规综合治疗，治疗组加用痰热清注射液，对照组加用利巴韦林注射液，观察疗效。结果治疗组在紫绀消失时间，咳嗽喘息缓解时间，喘鸣音消失时间及平均住院天数比较，均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。未见明显不良反应发生。结论痰热清注射液治疗重症毛细支气管炎疗效显著，安全。Objective to observe the clinical curative effect and nursing in the treatment of severe bronchiolitis. Methods 62 patients with bronchiolitis were randomlydivided into the treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 30 cases, two patients were treated with anti infection, cough, sputum, atomization and other conventional treatment, the treatment group plustanreqing injection, the control group were treated withribavirin injection, curative effect observation. Results the treatment group lost time in cyanosis, cough asthmaremission time, wheezing disappearance time and averagehospitalization days, were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P ＆lt;0.01）. no significant adverse events. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Tanreqing Injection in the treatment of severe bronchiolitis is significantly, safe.
