西部大开发与建立中亚自由贸易区的构想

摘　　要：中国的西部大开发战略有两层含义 :一是在中国国内实现东、西部地区之间产业结构的调整与合理布局 ,缩小东、西部地区间的经济差距 ;二是积极参与国际分工与合作 ,努力营造一个较之沿海当年改革开放时更具吸引力的经济环境。为此 ,作者提出了建立中亚自由贸易区的构想 ;并在此基础上分析了建立中亚自由贸易区的现实基础条件 。The strategy of great development in China's west contains dual meanings:1)Survey and reasonable layout have been accomplished for industrial structure between east and west and their economic gap has been narrowed. 2) International cooperation and division of labor must be actively involved in so as to create a more attractive economic environment than the coastal areas during the early period of opening and reform. Hence ,the writers have brought out the idea to set up a central-Asia free trade zone and,on this basis, analyzed realistic, basic conditions for establishment of the zone and its development pattern as well as stages.
