摘  要:采用连续悬浮聚合工艺制备了PVC树脂,并与传统PVC树脂进行了物理性能、颗粒形态、粒度分布、微观形貌、分子质量、增塑剂吸收时间、塑化性能、光学性能、力学性能、不饱和双键含量、加工应用等方面的对比。结果表明:连续法PVC树脂的优点是老化白度、制品的白度和光学性能较好,缺点是其颗粒结构不利于增塑剂的吸收,加工性能稍差,且透明制品的晶点数较多。PVC resins were prepared by continuous suspension polymerization process, and com- pared with conventional PVC resins on physical properties, particle morphology, particle size distribu- tion, microstructure, molecular weight, plasticizer absorption time, plasticizing property, optical proper- t'y, mechanical property, unsaturated double bond content, processing and application. The results showed that: the advantages of PVC resins produced by continuous method were good whiteness, good optical properties and aging whiteness of products; the disadvantages were that the particle structure was not conducive to the absorption of plasticizer, which caused the processing property was slightly poor and there were many crystal points in transparent products.
