摘　　要：夫妻财产关系法是规范夫妻财产关系的法律制度,研究夫妻财产关系法,必须研究夫妻财产关系法的基本原则问题。因为无论是在传统私法中还是现代私法中,基本原则都是一个不可回避的重要问题。因此,深入探讨与研究夫妻财产关系法基本原则,尤其是夫妻财产法的基本原则,不仅有利于系统化认识婚姻家庭问题,而且还有助于认清现代婚姻家庭制度的基本发展趋势。需要对什么是夫妻财产关系法的基本原则进行分析,以期探索并建立中国本土化的夫妻财产法基本原则。Marital property law is to regulate relationships between marital property relations according to the legal system. To research marital property relations law, we must study the basic principles of the Marital Property Issues Relations Act, because whether in traditional or modern private law, the basic principle is an important issue that can not be avoided. Therefore, further studies to explore the basic principles of the relationships in marital property law, in particular the basic principles of marital property law, would be not only conducive to systematic understanding of marriage and family issues, but also help with the recognition of basic trends in modern marriage and the family system. Analysis of the basic principles in marital property relations law is helpful to explore and establish the basic principles of a Chinese localization of marital property law.
