摘 要:利用农林废弃物中的花生壳,对其进行生物改性以便获得一种吸附镉的价廉易得的材料。以漆酶为改性试剂,通过正交实验确定吸附镉的最优改性条件。结果表明在30℃,pH为5时,以100mL固定酶活的漆酶溶液对1g花生壳改性5d效果最佳。相对于改性之前,改性材料的吸附量增加了32%,2h后即趋近吸附平衡。通过红外、XRD、SEM等表征分析,发现改性材料表面更加粗糙,更多的自由羟基和羧基得以暴露,这为吸附量的增加提供了依据。在材料投加量为2g/L、溶液浓度为50mg/L时基本达到吸附饱和。实际废水的浓度大都低于50mg/L,因而该改性材料具有一定的实用价值。This article aimed to modify the peanut shell in agricultural and forestry wastes using the biological meth-od to obtain an economic Cd sorption material.Peanut hulls were modified by laccase solutions and the orthogonal experiments were designed to determine the optimal modification conditions of cadmium sorption.The result indica-ted that the best conditional combination was 30℃,pH=5,and applying 100 mL of the fixed enzyme activity of laccase solution to 1 g peanut shells for 5 d.The sorption quantity was 32% higher than that of unmodified peanut hull,and the sorption could approach equilibrium in 2 hours.The results of FI-IR,XRD,and SEM characteriza-tions showed that the surfaces of the modified peanut hulls were rougher and had more free hydroxyl and carboxyl groups,and such provides higher sorption capabilities.For the dosage of 2 g/L of modified material,the maximum Cd sorption was not achieved when the initial Cd concentration was as high as 50 mg/L,while Cd concentrations in common wastewaters we normally less than 50 mg/L,suggesting that the modified material has the potential prac-tical value.
