摘 要:为了解决现有电缆振荡波(DAC)试验装置中开关存在的体积大、结构复杂、易引发干扰等问题,研制适用于电缆振荡波检测系统的电磁触发式高压固体开关.基于脉冲宽度调制(PWM)控制技术提出利用单根线实现多级同步电磁触发的固体开关拓扑结构,解决了多级扩展难题;通过优化电磁触发和RCD均压方案,降低了开关导通时间;利用电容储能维持绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)门级驱动电压,克服了电磁触发易造成高频干扰的缺点,提高了振荡波试验装置的局部放电检测灵敏度;采用分散环形布局、环氧灌封方案,缩减了固体开关体积.试验结果表明,研制出的适用于10kV电缆检测的固体开关体型紧凑、导通时间小于500ns、自身局放起始电压为34.5kV,能够满足电缆振荡波局放检测的实际需求.To solve the problems of large volume, complicated structure and electromagnetic interference of switches in existed damped AC voltages test system (DAC), a compact solid state switch based on electromagnetic trigger was developed, which is suitable for DAC system. Based on pulse width modulation (PWM) control technology and the topological structure of single wire through the center, synchronous electromagnetic trigger of multiple insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBTs) was realized and external extension was achieved. Electromagnetic trigger and RCD snubber circuit were optimized to reduce turn-on time of the switch. By using capacitor storage energy to maintain IGBT gate driving voltage, the electromagnetic interference was eliminated and the detection sensitivity of DAC was improved. Disperse circular layout and epoxy encapsulating were adopted to reduce the volume. Experimental results show that the developed solid switch, with compact volume, whose turn- on time is less than 500 ns and partial discharge initial voltage is 34.5 kV, meets the actual demand of 10 kV damped AC voltages test system.
