摘　　要：C90M×3型离心压缩机的流道、扩压器、叶轮等结垢、腐蚀严重,结垢块突然脱离造成叶轮损坏。从空气过滤、级间冷却和排水两方面采取优化措施,以延长空压机的运行周期,降低故障率和维修费用。介绍优化措施的具体方案和实施效果。The passage, booster and impeller of Model C90M ×3 centrifugal compressor are seriously scaled and corroded, and abrupt peeling of the scaled block results in impeller failure. The optimized measures in air filtering, inter-stage cooling and drainage are taken to prolong run interval of air compressor and decrease trouble ratio and maintenance expenses. Here, the implementation scheme of the optimized measures and the effects are described.
