摘　　要：针对马钢40000 m3/h空分设备配套RIKT112-4型空压机同步电机的基础振动大、电机轴承座漏油严重的问题,利用空压机大修机会,分析原因,制定整改措施,消除了影响空压机组稳定运行的隐患,提升机组运行可靠性。详细介绍整改措施、实施方案和效果。The foundation of synchronous motor of Model RIKT112-4 air compressor completed for Masteel 40000 m3/h air separation plant vibrates greatly and the motor bearing seat leaks oil seriously. During the overhaul of air compressor, the causes are analyzed, and the corrective measures are taken to eliminate the safety risk which impairs the stable run of air compressor set, and to improve the operation reliability. Here, the corrective measures, implementation scheme and effects are detailed.
