摘　　要：介绍内压缩流程48000 m3/h空分设备的性能参数和特点,总结空分设备调试过程中空压机、氮气循环压缩机、膨胀机、分子筛纯化系统和制氩系统等出现的问题和整改措施。The performance parameters and features of inner compression process 48000 m3/h air separation plant are briefed, and the problems of air compressor, circulation nitrogen compressor, expander, molecular sieve purification system and argon generation system occurring during commissioning of air separation plant and the s corrective measures are summarized.
