摘 要:以纳米二氧化硅改性环氧树脂为主要成膜物,制备了一种防腐底漆。研究了纳米二氧化硅用量,固化剂、功能性颜料和助剂的选择及配比对涂料性能的影响。试验结果表明:与改性前相比,纳米二氧化硅改性环氧涂层的附着力、柔韧性明显提高;涂层湿附着力提高300%,柔韧性从30 cm提高到70 cm;采用改性树脂制备的防腐涂层的耐盐雾性和耐湿热性均达3 000 h以上;涂料施工固体分达75%以上;涂层的综合性能良好。An anticorrosive primer was prepared by the nano-SiO2 modified epoxy resin as main film-formers. The influences of the amount of nano-SiO2, the selection and proportion of curing agent, functional pigments and additives were studied. The experimental results showed that after modification, the adhesion and flexibility of the coating were enhanced obviously, the wet adhesion of coating was increased by 3 times and flexibility changed from 30 cm to 70 em. The salt fog resistance and humid heat resistance of the coating were both more than 3 000 h. The application solid content of coatings reached above 75%, meanwhile the coating had good comprehensive properties.
