摘　　要：为切实提高口腔学生的实践动手能力,从根本上改变学生操作机会少、动手能力差的现状,我院研究与构建了切实可行的口腔医学实践教学体系,与用人单位签订"订单式人才培养协议",通过产学结合的实习模式,实现学生实习与就业零距离,激发学生的实习热情,提高毕业实习质量,进而提高了应用型口腔医学人才的培养质量。In order to improve the practical abilities of the students of stomatology, and radically change the students＇present situation of less operational opportunities and poor practical abilities, our college has founded the achievable practical teaching system of stoma- tology, and has already signed the ＂order model＂ contract with the employers. Through cooperative education between industry and col- lege, it has achieved ＂zero distance＂ between the internship and employment of our students, at the same time, it has inspired the students＇practice passion and improved their quality of internship, and then it finally has improved the quality of talent cultivation in stomatology.
