摘  要:如今,随着我国经济飞速发展,能源短缺问题日益凸显,而我国正处于建设高峰期,建筑能耗占我国能耗量的近30%。本文通过构造建筑节能评价指标体系,建立了基于耦合的灰色关联度和层次分析法的决策模型,并通过典型建筑案例进行实证,对建筑节能进行综合评分,得出最优化的设计方案,为选择高效节能建筑提供了行而有效的方法。本研究为决策者准确地评估节能效果,选择优秀的节能建筑提供了有力的理论依据。Today, our country is experiencing the rapid development of economy, with a growing dependence on energy is the energy shortage problem. But our country is in a peak pe-riod of construction, building energy consumption accounts for nearly 30% of the amount of energy consumption. This paper constructed index system of building energy saving, establishing the decision-making model based on Grey Relevancy and Ana-lytical hierarchy Process. Combining with engineering example, comprehensive score of energy-saving buildings is made and an effective method that can choose the high quality energy-saving buildings could be got. The result proves that the model has great practical significance.
