自制产气胶囊与产气粉在胃气钡双重造影中的效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨自制产气胶囊与产气粉在胃气钡双重造影中的不同效果。方法选取72例拟行胃X线检查患者为研究对象,随机分为胶囊组(服用自制产气胶囊)和产气粉组(服用产气粉),各36例。观察两组胃扩张情况并对比造影图像质量。结果胶囊组充气满意率(100%)、高质量图像率(63.89%)均高于产气粉组(P<0.01);粘膜皱襞出现率低于产气粉组(P<0.05)。结论服用自制产气胶囊行胃气钡双重造影效果好,图像清晰,有利于胃肠道疾病的早期诊断。Objective To study the effect of aerogenic capsule and aerogenic powder in air-barium double contrast gastrography. Methods Seventy-two patients with gastrointestinal X-ray were divided into aerogenic capsule group and aerogenic powder group （ n =36,each）. Stomach expansion situation and image quality were compared. Results Inflatable satisfaction（ 100% ） ,high quality image rate （63.89%） of aerogenic capsule group were higher than that of aerogenic powder group, and mucosal frequency were lower than that of aerogenic powder group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Aerogenic capsule air-barium double contrast gastrography imaging effect is satisfactory and the image quality is clear,which may be helpful in early diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases.
