间苯三酚联合双氯灭痛治疗肾绞痛临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚联合双氯灭痛治疗肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法将152例肾绞痛患者随机分为两组,各76例。对照组给予间苯三酚联合山莨菪碱治疗,观察组给予间苯三酚联合双氯灭痛治疗,对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后疼痛VAS评分。结果观察组临床总有效率为90.79%,高于对照组的76.32%(P<0.05);两组治疗前VAS评分接近,治疗后1h疼痛VAS评分均有不同程度降低,观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论间苯三酚联合双氯灭痛治疗肾绞痛效果显著,可有效降低患者疼痛VAS评分。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with diclofenac sodium in the treatment of renal colic. Methods One hundred and fifty-two patients with renal colic were randomly divided into two groups （ n = 76）. The control group was treated with phloroglucinol combined with anisodamine,and the observation group was treated with phloroglucinol combined with diclofenac sodium. The anticolic efficacy and clinical effect in two groups were analyzed. Results The clinical total effect rate of the observation group was 90.79% ,and the clinical total effect rate of the control group was 76.32% ,the difference of the two groups after the treatment was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The visual analogue scale （VAS）in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of phloroglucinol combined with diclofenac sodium in treat- ment of renal colic is significant, which can reduce the VAS score in the patients with renal colic.
