谈我院档案管理的现状及档案信息自动化的管理对策

摘　　要：目的：探讨当前我院档案管理的现状及存在的问题，找出解决问题的方法与档案信息自动化的对策。方法：从当前我院档案管理的现状入手，加强医院档案管理工作，首先重点加强学习《档案法》，提高依法归档的自觉性，加强集中统一管理，建立科学的档案管理体系，健全档案管理制度，加强培训、结合实践，提高档案管理人员素质，加大投入，提高配备，实现档案的现代化管理建立医院档案三级网络管理模式。加强医院档案信息自动化；其次加强医院档案信息自动化的对策，推进自动化，必须提高档案标准化、规范化水平，自动化建设要着眼于提高系统的整体水平，有重点地抓好数据库建设。结果：医院档案得到了系统管理，实现了档案信息自动化及档案现代化的管理，解决了医院档案管理的薄弱环节；加快了医院档案管理工作的制度化和规范化进程，使医院档案管理工作取得重大提高。结论：加快档案信息自动化系统建设，实现档案工作各个环节的计算机化，是实现档案工作现代化，更好地做好新时期医院档案管理工作。Objective ： To investigate the current situation of our hospital archives management and the existing problems and find solutions to their problems and auto- motion of files information. Method ： starting from the present situation of our hospital archives management, strengthen the hospital archives management, first of all focus on learning ＂Archives Law＂, improve the consciousness to archive, strengthen the centralized and unified management, the establishment of scientific management system, perfect the file management system strengthen the training, combined with the practice, improve quality, archives management personnel to increase investment, improve equipment, to realize the modernization of file management of hospital archives three level network management model. To strengthen the hospital archives information automation ; secondly strengthen countermeasures, automated hospital archives informa- tion advance automation, must improve the Archives standardization, standardization, automation construction should be focused on improving the overall level of the system, focused on the con- struction of database. Results i the hospital archives are system management, realize the automation of files information and modernization of archives management, address the weak finks in the management of hospital archives; accelerate the institutionalization and standardization work of hospital archives management, the archives administration of the hospital made significant improvement. Conclusion： to speed up the construction of archives information automation system, achieve every link of archival work computer, is to realize the modernization of archival work, better file management of hospital in new era.
