摘  要:目的:探讨护理干预结合饮食保健对慢性溃疡性结肠炎的防治效果。方法:所选患者165例,随机分为治疗组83例,对照组82例。治疗组与对照组在临床治疗及一般护理的基础上,治疗组进行护理干预及饮食保健,做好对症护理、用药及健康指导,同时做好肠炎初期、肠炎好转期及肠炎恢复期的饮食保健。结果:治疗组总有效率91.56%;对照组总有效率69.51%。两组比较有显著性差异(△P〈0.05)。结论:护理干预结合饮食保健对慢性溃疡性结肠炎可取得显著的防治效果。Objective:To investigate the nursing intervention with control diet and health care to the patients with chronic ulcerative colitis. Methods:165 patients were chosen, and di-vided randomly into the treatment group of 83 cases, 82 cases in the control group. The treatment group and the control group in the clinical treatment and general nursing in the treatment group, nursing intervention and health food, good symptomatic nursing, medication and health guidance, at the same time, a healthy diet, enteritis enteritis early remission and enteritis recovery period. Results:the treatment group total ef ective rate 91. 56%;control group, the total ef iciency of 69. 51%. There were significant dif erences between two groups (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:nurs-ing intervention with diet and health care of chronic ulcerative colitis has obvious ef ect of preventing.
