6S管理在ICU护理安全管理中的运用

摘　　要：目的：探析6S管理模式应用于ICU中对护理安全管理的促进作用及效果。方法随机抽取我院2013年5月～2013年12月期间收治的120例ICU重症患者，采用随机抽签法将其分为2组，对照组60采用常规ICU管理模式下进行护理操作，研究组则在6S管理模式指导下进行护理护理，对比两组患者护理效果。结果研究组患者平均住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）；研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05），护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论6S护理管理模式应用于ICU护理工作中能极大程度减少患者住院时间，减轻患者及其家庭的经济负担，而并发症发生率较低。同时，患者对护理服务的满意度有所提高，护理质量进一步提高，值得在临床中广泛的推广和应用。Objective：To explorer the ef ect of the nursing safety management by applying 6S management in ICU. Methods：120 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 90 cases in every group. Al patients were from ICU in our hospital during May 2013 to December 2013. The control group was given the nursing care by routine nursing management model, and the study group was received the nursing care under the guidance of 6S nursing management model. And then the results of them was compared and analyzed. Results：the hospitalization time of the pa-tient in study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）. Occurrence rate of complications of the study group was lower than the control group, and the satisfactory degree of patients was higher than the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：After application of 6S management in ICU, it was evident to reduce the hospitalization time of the patient ,lighten the economic burden on patients and families, and reduced the occurrence rate of complications . Meanwhile, the satisfactory degree of patients and the quality of nursing were improved ,so it was wel worth popularizing in ICU nursing.
