摘　　要：安徽冶金科技职业学院从基层和基础做起,强调加强制度建设,规范教学管理。在我院的思想政治理论课的教研、实践、培训已形成一定的特色的基础上,以改革创新的精神和扎实有效的工作,创建"教学、科研、培训、实践"的"四位一体"的新体制来保障构建高校思政理论课的"全过程、全覆盖、全员参与"的"三全模式",全面提高思想政治理论课教育教学效果。On the basis of teaching, practice, training of ideological and political theory course has formed a certain characteristics, in the spirit of reform and innovation, practical and effective work, constructing the new system of ＂teaching, research, training, practice＂ of ＂four in one＂ to form the ＂three all＂ mode of Ideological and political theory course ＂all process, full coverage, full participation＂, improve the teaching effect of the ideological and political theory course.
