摘  要:目的 评价α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯医用黏合剂闭合普通外科Ⅰ、Ⅱ类手术皮肤切口的有效性与安全性.方法 随机对照设计、非盲法与免缝胶带对照.拟定入选标准及排除标准,筛选患者入组,随机分为A和B组.A组采用免缝胶带,B组采用α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯医用黏合剂闭合皮肤切口.观察切口愈合级别以及切口的炎症指标.结果 2009年09月-2009年12月,共入选60例.A组30例及B组30例切口全部一期甲级愈合,没有出血、感染、切口裂开.性别、体重及生命体征在两组间具有可比性.年龄在组间的差异有统计学意义(P=0.022).切口长度、切口愈合级别以及切口炎症的红、肿、热、渗液、疼痛指标的差异均无统计学意义.另外,用免缝胶带对合皮肤切口者有5例在次日出现表皮水泡,4~6d好转.结论 α-氰基丙烯酸正丁酯医用黏合剂在闭合皮肤切口时具有与免缝胶带同样的有效性与安全性,且没有应用后者出现的皮肤发红、形成水泡不良反应.Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of α-butyl cyanoacrylate in closing skin incisions in general surgery. Methods A randomized controlled trial was designed for clinical comparing α-butyl cyanoacrylate with steri-strip (suture-free) in closure of incisions. According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion closing skin incisions after suturing subcutaneous tissue with or-butyl cyauoacrylate in trial group and with steri-strip in control group was taken. Results From Sep. 2009 to Dec. 2009 the incisions of 30cases in the trial group and 30 cases in the control group,all were healed in grade A. No complication occurred. There was no differences between trial group and control group in the length of incision, the time of healing and the inflammatory index including red, swelling,hot and pain. A blister around the incision occurred in 5 cases of the control group,but no in the trial group. The blister healed within four to six days. Conclusion The tissue adhesive method is effective and safe in closure of skin incisions in general surgery. No blister around the incision occurred after using the α-butyl cyanoacrylate,meanwhile it can be seen after using steri-strip in closure of incisions.
