孟鲁司特佐治儿童过敏性紫癜合并心肌损害的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特佐治儿童过敏性紫癜所致心肌损害的临床效果。方法选择2011年01月—2013年04月住院患者56例,随机分为试验组、对照组,每组28例。对照组根据病情常规应用抗感染、抗组胺药、糖皮质激素、钙剂、1.6二磷酸果糖等药物。试验组在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗前及治疗2周后心肌酶及肌钙蛋白I水平的变化。结果治疗2周后,两组患者血清心肌酶、肌钙蛋白I水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),而且试验组下降程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特佐治儿童过敏性紫癜所致心肌损害有较好疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of montelukast in the treatment of myocardial injury caused by anaphylaetoid purpura in children. Methods Fifty-six children with myocardial injury caused by anaphylactoid purpura were enrolled in this study between January 2011 and April 2013. The children were divided into two groups. The control group（28 cases） was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group （28 cases） was treated with routine treatment plus montelukast. The changes of myocardial enzymes and troponin Ⅰ in both groups were observed. Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the serum level of myocardial enzymes and troponin Ⅰ in both groups were all significantly lower than prior treatment （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）;eompared with the control group,the observation group was obviously lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast can improve the clinical effect in children with myocardial injury caused by anaphylaetoid purpura.
