济南战区部队官兵健康教育需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解某战区部队官兵的健康教育需求情况,探索适宜战区部队官兵需要的健康传播策略。方法以《军队健康教育方案》规定的内容为主要参考,结合笔者近年来为部队官兵开展的健康教育内容自行设计的调查问卷,对某战区部队1846名官兵进行健康教育需求调查。结果对健康教育知识强烈需求率高于50%的有12题,低于40%的有4题,强烈需求率排在首位的是军事训练知识,其次是传染病、心理和日常生活保健知识。新兵与老兵、不同兵种和不同学历的健康教育需求率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论健康教育应与官兵所处地域环境、肩负的工作任务相结合。应按文化程度、兵龄梯次实施分级教育,与官兵需求和接受能力相结合。分清阶段层次,突出各兵种军事训练和日常生活特点,制定适宜战区官兵需要的健康传播策略。Objective To understand the present situation of the demands for health education of combat troops and provide the basis for exploring suitable health campaign in officers and soldiers. Methods According to ＂The Plan of Health Education in Army＂ and authors-themselves recent experience about work authors designed a questionnaire and enrolled 1865 soldiers and officers in this study. Results There were twelve strong demands about health education being of the rate in more than 50%, four demands lower than 40%. The frist demand was about the knowledge of the military training. The second to forth demands were infectious diseases, mental health and daily life care in turn. There was significant difference in the demands for health education between the old and new soldiers,and among officers and soldiers from different arms and with different education levels,too （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Based on the different demands about health education it needs to think more about the relationship between health education with their duties and territorial environment,also should to pay more attention to combine their demands and receptivity when carry out comprehensive health education,also should to set down health education strategy that fits to the their demands ,especially to the military training and daily life of all arms.
