摘 要:为探索泡沫水泥强度分布规律以及离散性,采用χ2拟合检验法验证泡沫水泥强度是否具有正态分布或Weibull分布,阐述了容重在200 kg/m3以下的两个不同厂家的泡沫水泥抗压强度统计规律,并就泡沫水泥抗压强度的离散性进行了分析。结果表明:采用Weibull分布表征泡沫水泥强度分布比正态分布更恰当;当采用算术平均值对泡沫水泥抗压强度进行表征时,最小样本数为6;泡沫水泥抗压强度变异系数约为0.15、模数m约为7.6;采用变形系数与Weibull模量之间的关系近似估计Weibull统计的模数m时,理论计算值与实验结果的相对误差在1%以下。To understand the distribution law of compressive strength and discreteness of foam cement, the adaptability of Weibull distribution and normal distribution was verified with Chi-Square test for foam cement compressive strength of two factories that the bulk density were about 200 kg/m3 and the scatter in of foam cement was assessment with. The results show that the Weibull distribution can describe better the distribution of the compressive strength of foam cement than normal distribution. When the compressive strength of foam cement was characterized by the arithmetic mean values, minimum samples for average strength was 6 ; the value of coefficient of variation ~/was about 0.15, the value of Weibull estimators was about 7.6. Moreover it is found that the relationship between deformation coefficient and Weibull estimators is the best possible approximation algorithm for Weibull modulus, and the computed data are lower than 1% of measured data.
