摘  要:随着中国电子信息产品制造业的高速发展,表面贴装技术(SMT)生产线得到了迅猛的扩张。但在向多品种、小批量生产方式转变的过程中,SMT切换流程效率低下成为业界面临的一个重要问题。为解决这一问题,文章以某电子制造企业为背景,采用6σ技术(DMAIC)分析了SMT切换流程,并对其进行了优化,最终实现切换时间由15 min降到6.3 min(不包括生产首片的时间),切换人员减少一人,并使流程更加顺畅,实现了生产效率的提升。With the rapid development of the manufacturing in china, SMT production line has been rapidly expanded. of production to many varieties and small batch, SMT swi industry of electronic information products However, in the process of transformation tching process efficiency has become an important problem in the industry. In order to solve this problem, this paper takes an electronic manufacturing enterprises as the background to analyze and optimize SMT switching process based on 6 sigma, realizing the reduce of switching time from 15min to 6.3min (not including the production of the first piece of time ), reducing one man, making the process more smoothly, and ultimately promoting the production efficiency.
