摘 要:文章针对应用型高校材料工程专业学位研究生的培养要求,在分析当前高校全日制专业学位研究生培养特色与培养创新型专业人才关键限制因素的基础上,重点讨论了我校材料工程专业学位研究生培养特色和产学研合作形式,并结合我校研究生培养实际,阐明了材料工程专业学位产学研协同培养创新模式及关键实施途径,探索出全日制工程硕士培养的有效方式。Based on the requirements for material engineering postgraduate of professional degree in the applicative universities, the training characteristics were studied by analysis the situation of full- time master of material engineering in domestic universities and its some limited factors for cultivations of innovations talents, the training characteristics and production-education-research cooperation model for professional degree of material engineering were discussed in this paper. Moreover, the innovation model of production-education-research cooperation and key implementation ways were clarified based on the training practice in our university, and an effective way to train full-time master of engineering were established and practiced in our school.
