摘　　要：选择合理的物资收发作业方案是提高军事物流基地保障力的重要保证。为辅助首长对几种作业方案做出科学决策,运用效用值评价法,计算出各方案的效用值,通过比较效用值来抉择最优方案。通过实例验证,该方法计算结果符合实际情况。Selecting rational receiving and sending plan is an important guarantee to improve support capability of military logistic stations. In order to make auxiliary decision by leaders scientifically, this paper uses utility evaluation to calculate the utility of plans, and determines the most optimized one by comparison. The result is accord with the fact by a practical example.
