摘 要:研究了钾钠活性变质剂对Cr12钢铸造组织的影响.在Cr12钢的铸造过程中,分别加入含量(质量分数)为0.02%、0.04%、0.06%、0.08%的钾钠变质剂,随着钾钠变质剂含量的增加,Cr12钢的晶粒得到细化,但含量过高,晶界上的共晶碳化物增加,形成网状,导致材料的脆性上升.结果表明:钾钠变质剂含量为0.04%~0.06%时,能获得组织最为理想,综合力学性能最优的材料;经适量钾钠变质剂处理后,材料的硬度、抗拉强度、耐磨性都分别得到提高.The effects of potassium-sodium activity modifier on the cast structure of Crl2 steel were studied. In the casting process of Crl2 steel,different contents of potassium-sodium modifier were added respectively(0.02% ,0.04% ,0.06% ,0.08%). With the increasing of potassium-sodium modifier,crystal grains of Crl2 steel were fined. But when the contents of potassium-sodium modifier was too high, eutectic carbides in grain boundaries would grow, become a reticular formation and cause the material brittle rised. The results show that when content of potassium-sodium modifier is in the range of 0. 04%-0. 06%, Cr12 steel material with the optimal structure and the best comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained. After treatment with moderate potassium-sodium modifier, the hardness, tensile strength and wear resistance of the material can be improved.
