摘  要:摘要:利用内燃机高原环境模拟试验台,对经过高海拔标定后的某高压共轨柴油机进行了部分负荷燃烧特性试验,研究了高原环境条件对柴油机部分负荷燃烧特性的影响.结果表明,在不同的部分负荷工况和海拔范围下,柴油机燃烧过程随海拔的变化规律不同.高原条件下对喷油参数优化能够改变燃烧相位,提高循环热效率,改善燃烧.随海拔增加,放热率峰值降低;高速大负荷下最高燃烧压力在优化限制值附近,低负荷下随海拔的升高而下降,每千米下降0.2~0.5MPa;最高燃烧温度随海拔的升高而增大,每千米升高50~100K.Part load combustion characteristic experiment on a common rail diesel engine after high altitude calibration was conducted using an engine plateau environmental simulation test bed. Effects of plateau ambient conditions on part load combustion characteristics were studied. Results show that under different part load operating conditions and within different altitude ranges, the changing regularities of diesel engine combustion process with altitude are different. Optimization of injection parameters under plateau ambient condition will change combustion phase, and thus improve cycle thermal efficiency and combustion. With the increase of altitude, peak heat release rate decreases. Maximal combustion pressure approaches the limited value of optimization at high engine speed and under high load operating condition, and decreases with the increase of altitude under low part load operating condition, with 0.2-0.5 MPa per thousand meters altitude. Maximal combustion temperature increases with the increase of altitude, with 50-100 K per thousand meters altitude.
