摘 要:为了探索地胆草组织培养的方法,试验以无菌的地胆草腋芽茎段为外植体,研究6-BA和NAA不同激素水平配比对地胆草芽的诱导和继代增殖的影响。结果表明,适宜于地胆草芽诱导分化的培养基配方为MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0 mg/L,繁殖系数为2.6倍,适宜于地胆草芽继代增值的培养基配方为MS+6-BA 0 mg/L,繁殖系数为2.3倍。To explore the effects of different time of hormones combination and concentrations in vitro culture of Elephantopus scaber L.,using sterile Elephantopus scaber L.stem with axillary bud as explants,effect of induction and mulitiplication of Elephantopus scaber L.in different levels of hormone 6-BA and NAA ratio was studied.The results showed that the better suitable for shoot induction of explants was culture of MS+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0 mg/L,propagation coefficient was 2.6 times,and the better suitable for secondary culture of explants was culture medium of MS+6-BA 0 mg/L,propagation coefficient was 2.3 times.
