摘　　要：分析珠三角中小企业特点、现状和发展趋势,以珠三角地区高职院校工商管理专业为例,探讨高职教育如何更好地服务地方经济。根据珠三角人才需求现状和高职工商管理专业本身的特点和就业方向及岗位特征进行专业设置、课程配置和教学设计,形成一套服务珠三角经济社会发展的高职工商管理专业教学体系。Starting from an analysis of the characteristics, status quo, and development trend of small and medi- um-sized enterprises in the Pearl River Delta, and taking Business Administration as a case to study, this paper discusses how higher vocational education can serve the local economy better. The author believes that specialty offer, opening and combination of curricula, and teaching design should be adapted to the workforce needs in the region, fit for the characteristics of Business Administration specialty, and in conformity with the require- ments for future work positions, therefore, a complete teaching system of Business Administration in higher vo- cational colleges can be established to promote this region＇s social and economic development.
