摘　　要：介绍了电网黑启动方案的基本原则和实施过程中应考虑的主要问题,结合唐山地区电网的结构特点和电源情况,探讨了地区电网黑启动方案编制中的思路和技术问题。This paper introduces the basic principles of black start scheme of power grid and the main problems to be considered in the implementation process, according to the structure characteristics and the power supply situation of Tangshan regional power grid,the idea and the technical problems of black start plan in regional power grid is discussed.
