摘  要:采用在煤基均聚聚丙烯中添加透明成核剂的方法制备透明聚丙烯,探索了不同成核剂、不同挤出温度、成核剂用量等对透明聚丙烯透明性能的影响,分析了透明改性前、后的变化及原因。结果表明:当Milliad 3988挤出温度为235℃,添加量为0.25%时,改善煤基均聚聚丙烯透明性的效果相对最好;GMS添加量为0.05%时,有助于提高煤基均聚聚丙烯的透明性;成核剂对煤基均聚聚丙烯的其他性能也有改善。We added transparent nucleating agent to the coal -based homo -polypropylene for preparation of transparent polypropylene. The effect of various nucleating agent, extrusion temperature, nucleating agent dosages and others on the properties of transparent polypropylene was investigated. And the changes and reasons before modification and after were researched. The results show that when the extrusion temperature is 235℃ , consumption is 0.05% about Milliad 3988, which impoves coal-based homo-polypropylene transparency to the best relatively. And when the content is 0.05% of GMS, which helps to improve the transparency of coal-based homo-polypropylene. In addition, the other properties of coal-based homo-polypropylene are impoved also by nucleating agent.
