我国与欧美国家医院志愿服务机制的比较研究

摘　　要：目的通过对中外医院开展志愿服务的原因、服务机制等内容的比较,找出我国目前医院志愿者服务中存在的不足,并探索适合我国医院志愿服务的运行机制。方法以文献研究为主要研究方法,辅以小组讨论等其他方法,对中外医院志愿服务运行机制进行深层次的剖析。结果医院发展的需要促进了欧美发达国家医院开展志愿服务,其志愿服务内容广泛、管理规范,并依据志愿者动机制定了相应的激励措施。结论我国医院志愿者服务尚处于初级阶段,国内学者亟需在医院志愿者岗位设置、实践规范等方面提供更多的科学证据。Objectives To find out China＇s current shortcomings in hospital volunteer service and to explore suitable operation mechanism of Chinese hospital volunteer,we compared the service motivation,working mechanism,etc between China and de-veloped European and American countries.Methods We analyzed present situation of foreign hospital volunteers service sys-tem and shortcomings of that in China through literature research and group discussion.Results Hospital managers of Europe-an and American developed countries launched volunteer activities to meet the need of development.Their service items were richer and daily guidelines were more standard.They inspired volunteers according to volunteers＇motivations.Conclusions Hospital volunteers in our country are still in its primary stage,domestic scholars need to provide more scientific evidences in post-setting and the daily practice etc.
