医院廉政文化建设的实践与探索

摘　　要：廉政文化建设是医院文化建设的重要组成部分,是构建和谐医院的基础。从加强教育,营造氛围;建章立制,规范管理;完善机制,增进实效3个方面介绍了医院廉政文化建设的主要做法及取得的成效,分析了医院廉政文化建设存在的问题及改进措施,探索了医院廉政文化建设的对策。Incorrupt culture construction is an important part of hospital culture construction,and also is the foundation of the construction of a harmonious hospital.In this paper,we introduced the main approach and the re-sults achieved from three aspects such as strengthening education to create atmosphere,establishing a new system,standardizing management,and improving the mechanism to enhance the effectiveness.We analyzed the problems and improvement measures of the hospital incorrupt cultureconstruction,and explored the countermeasures.
