北京市非公立医院发展现状、问题与对策研究

摘　　要：目的分析北京市非公立医院发展现状,以便针对社会资本办医提出相关建议与对策。方法以2010年《北京市卫生工作统计资料》为数据来源,进行结构比率分析。结果北京市非公立医院地域分布不均衡,多集中于城市;医院规模小,过半数医院医疗资源未得到充分利用;效益好的医院主要是美容、妇儿、眼科等专科医院。结论为促进北京非公立医院的发展,需要明确其市场定位、加强政策引导、吸引人才、创新融资模式。Objectives To analyze the characteristics of private hospitals,and to put forward suggestions for social capital holding medical institutions.Methods The analysis of structure ratio was based on“Beijing health statistics”of 2010.Results The geographical distribution of private hospitals in Beijing was uneven,which centered on the cit-y.The scale of them was small,and more than half of private hospitals＇health resources were not fully used.Only some specialized hospitals had a good economic benefit.Conclusions In order to develop private hospitals,we should clear market orientation,strengthen policy guidance,attract talent and innovate financing mode.
