人文关怀护理对维持性血液透析患者的意义及实践

摘　　要：维持性血液透析患者在治疗过程中通常会产生的心理障碍主要有焦虑、恐惧、悲观绝望和抑郁。人文关怀护理能有效缓解维持性血液透析患者治疗过程中的心理障碍,提升治疗质量。维持性血液透析患者的人文关怀护理主要体现在:营造舒适治疗环境、加强健康知识宣传教育、治疗过程人性化操作、多方途径为患者解决经济困难、组织开展丰富的文化活动等方面。Objectives The psychological block susually emerges during the course of treatment for the maintenance hemodi-alysis patients are anxiety,fear,pessimism,depression and soon.Research shows that humanistic nursing care can effectively alleviate the psychological barrier of hemodialysis patients during the treatment of maintenance and improve the quality of treat-ment.The humanistic care of the maintenance hemodialysis patients mainly focus on creating a comfortable treatment environ-ment,strengthening heal the ducation,the humanized operation in treatment process,helping the patients solve the economic difficulties in all ways,organizing various activities and soon.
