突发性群体事件伤员安全感与心理状况及创伤后应激障碍的关系研究

摘　　要：目的 研究突发性群体事件伤员安全感与心理状况及创伤后应激障碍（post-traumatic stress disorder,PTSD）的关系.方法 对受伤住院伤员161人在受伤第3～4周进行心理健康自评问卷、创伤后应激障碍筛查表、事件影响量表、症状自评量表和安全感量表等测评.2个月后用SCID-I/P对伤员进行检查.结果 安全感总分、人际安全感、确定控制感与4种量表总分及因子分呈负相关.无病组、PTSD组和其他诊断组安全感总分、人际安全感、确定控制感差异均无统计学意义（F=1.76,P=0.18;F=1.20,P=0.31;F=2.01,P=0.14）.结论安全感高的人总体上精神症状较轻,良好的安全感具有保护心理健康的作用.Objectives To research the association of the sense of security with the psychological status and post-traumatic stress disorder among the injured group in the emergency.Methods 161 injured people who were treated in hospitals were evaluated by the Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20 （SRQ20）,7-items screening scale for PTSD（PTSD7）,Impact of event scale（IES）,Security Questionnaire（SQ）etc.after the third and the fourth injured week,Two months after the injury,the injured people were interviewed and made diagnoses by Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-IV-TR Axis I Disorders/Patients（SCID）.Results Total score of security,interpersonal securi-ty,determine control was negatively correlated with the total score and factor points of the four scales.There were no significant difference samong the illness-free group,the PTSD group and other groups in total score of security,interpersonal security,determinate control（F=1.76,P=0.18;F=1.20,P=0.31;F=2.01,P=0.14）.Conclu-sions People with higher security have lighter mental symptoms.Good security has a role in protecting the psycho-logical health.
