摘 要:目的本实验观察红景天冠心方对实验性心肌缺血大鼠的保护作用,并对其机理进行初步的探讨。方法采用异丙肾上腺素诱导模型,观察红景天冠心方对大鼠心肌缺血发生率、形态学变化的影响,同时测定大鼠心肌组织中MDA、SOD含量并用Western blotting法检测凋亡相关蛋白p53的表达。结果红景天冠心方可以降低异丙肾上腺素诱导模型动物心肌缺血的发生率,改善病理形态学变化,同时增加实验性心肌缺血大鼠心肌中SOD的含量,降低MDA含量,抑制p53蛋白的表达。结论红景天冠心方对实验性心肌缺血大鼠具有保护作用,其机理可能与清除自由基、抗氧化的同时抑制心肌细胞凋亡相关。Objective To discuss the protective effect of Hongjingtian Guanxinfang on myocardial ischelnia in rats. Methods The myocardial ischelnia rats model were made by intraperitoneal injection of hydrochloric acid isoprotere- nol,to observe the effect of Hongjingtian Guanxinfang on the morphological changes of myocardial ischelnia of rats,the ex- pression of simultaneous determination of MDA, SOD in myocardial tissue in rats and the expression of p53 protein with Western blotting. Results Hongjingtian Guanxinfang can reduce the incidence of myocardial ischelnia induced with isoprot- erenol, improve the pathological changes, increase the content of SOD, decrease the content of MDA of experimental myocar- dial ischelnia in rats and inhibit the expression of p53 protein. Conclusion Hongjingtian Guanxinfang had the protective effect on experimental myocardial ischelnia in rats,and its mechanism may be related to scavenging free radical,antioxidant and inhibiting myocardial apoptosis.
