摘　　要：目的 研究丹香冠心注射液同两种溶媒配伍的稳定性.方法 参考临床常用配伍比例,并在配伍后0、2、6、12h观察两种配伍液的外观变化,对其pH值和不溶性微粒进行测定；通过高效液相色谱法研究0、2、6h时注射液的指标成分含量变化.结果 5％葡萄糖配伍液pH值在0～12 h内从7.09降低至5.79有较大变化；其他指标稳定性良好.结论 丹香冠心注射液同5％果糖注射液和5％葡萄糖注射液配伍稳定性良好,建议与配伍液6h内使用.Objective To study the colnputible stability of Damxiang Guanxin Injection with two transfusion solu- tions. Methods To explore the changes of the pH,insoluble particles and appearance observution of the mixed injection ut 0,2,6,12 h after eolnputibility, and determine the main component content at 0,2,6 h by HPLC. Results The PH of Danxiang Guanxin Injection mixed with 5% Glucose injection has an obvious change from 7.09 at 0 h to 5.79 at 12 h,how- ever,other parameters are stable. Conclusion The compatible stability of Danxiang Guanxin Injection with two transfusion solutions is good and it is better to be used within 6 hours.
